Success Factors

1.

Minimal Disruption

The primary challenge was to carry out extensive refurbishment activities while ensuring minimal disturbance to the residents. As the facility catered to elderly individuals, it was crucial to maintain a comfortable and safe environment throughout the construction process.
2.

Fast-tracking of construction

Expedite Projects faced the challenge of meeting tight deadlines without compromising on the quality of work. The client emphasized the importance of completing the refurbishment swiftly to minimize inconvenience to the residents and ensure a rapid return to normal operations.
3.

Board approval

Getting project approval isn't always easy and Selwyn had come across some barriers when going for approval of rejuvenating their iconic Lichfield towers. Expedite was able to assist in preparing a board pack with relevant information as to how we could help minimise disruption and fast tack construction to make the rejuvenation worth the wait.
